Interesting, anybody notice this?

If you look at the Hantz Farm site there's also a link to their other businesses, a Bank, a Private Airline, Golf Clubs.  While it had been clear during class discussion that they may have alterior motives, it also means they have resources to develop the land.  Just an idea
